Little Peterson: 38 Weeks

July.4.2015 38 Weeks
Happy 4th y'all! This year the 4th was pretty meaningful since it meant we were on the 1 WEEK COUNT DOWN to being parents. I can not wait. Today I asked Brady if he was ready to be a dad or what!? He answer "No, I'm OVERLY ready!" He's the best.

To celebrate the birth of America we started the day off at the parade. Don't mind my crappy pictures...We liked seeing all the floats, old cars, & horses. B's favorite part were the missionaries. The parade featured all of the missionaries serving in Provo area. There were TONS, I was surprised how many. They even had the senior missionaries! They were all singing hymns, it was great!

Then we headed to Seven Peaks for a few hours of tanning/wave pool bliss for me & waterslide awesomeness for Brady (I can't go on any of the slides...dumb) I added another nice layer of tan to my bod though so I can't complain!

Later that evening we drove up to Salt Lake to watch the Salt Lake Bees game. We went with Brady's whole family (minus Nate & Jana). We took up 2 whole rows! Brady has 11 siblings for those who didn't know. Above is his sister Katie who is a few years younger than Brady & I, & Logan (we call him Spud) who is the youngest of the gang. He's 15.

 We had a great time!
Uncle Sam photobomber.
After the game they had a firework show at the field. The fireworks were pretty cool & we had an awesome view of all the other fireworks going on in Salt Lake. It was no Nashville though, which will forever be my favorite fourth until we move there one day!

On Sunday everyone came to Haylee's baby blessing. Haylee is our new little niece. She has the biggest eyes ever & they are always WIDE open! She looked beautiful in her little dress.

At my 38 week Dr. appointment everything was looking good. My weekly NST & fluid check ultrasound went great. I had a few contractions during the NST, I'm getting there folks! I'm still dilated to a 1cm & 80% effaced. I go back in on Thursday for my last check then we will head on over to the hospital Saturday morning!!! Words cannot describe how excited for that day I am. Hurry up & be here Saturday!!!!

I hope everyone else had a fun fourth! God bless America!
